We are located on the quiet side of the village. Lake Ontario is a 2 minute walk from our front door, walking distance to several outstanding restaurants, New York State Park next door, museums, marinas, comedy club, ice cream shops, small retail shops, New York State Discovery Center, antique shops and minutes to beaches, golfing, Thousand Islands, Watertown and Fort Drum.

Rates vary according to the time of year - $70.00 to $145.00. All rates are subject to New York State sales tax.
